This cable is manufactured to meet the Construction Projects Regulation (CPR), meaning can safely be installed in buildings that have high building fire safety requirements such as commercial buildings, leisure facilities, hotels, schools, administration buildings and office buildings.
The cable is manufactured and tested to ISO 11801 as well as compliant with TIA568-C & EN50173-1 for Cat5e and is suitable for gigabit ethernet applications. Construction-wise the cable comprises of 8 colour coded polyethylene insulated conductors that are twisted together to create four pairs.
Supplied in a fast feed box of 305m, the cable is sequentially metre marked so that you know how much cable is left - take the guesswork out of your install!
