Description
The SurgeX DisplayPak 4 Way is a compact Wi-Fi-enabled power management hub providing remote control, monitoring and surge protection for up to four connected devices. It is designed for professional AV, digital signage and collaboration systems where reliable remote power control is required.
Each of the four AC outlets can be switched independently over an IP network. Installers and support teams can remotely turn equipment on or off, perform a controlled power cycle and sequence connected devices in the required start-up or shutdown order. This is particularly useful for displays, media players and control equipment installed in inaccessible or distributed locations.
AutoPing can monitor connected network devices and automatically power-cycle an outlet if a device stops responding. Scheduling and threshold-triggered events provide additional options for automating power management and reducing unnecessary equipment runtime.
