Description
This OM4 LC to LC duplex fibre optic patch lead is designed for high-speed multimode network connections in data centres, enterprise networks, communications rooms and structured cabling installations. It uses 50/125µm OM4 multimode fibre and supports Ethernet applications up to 100Gb, making it suitable for connecting switches, servers, storage equipment and patch panels.
The cable features duplex LC connectors with low insertion loss to provide reliable optical performance, while the LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer sheath reduces smoke and harmful emissions in the event of a fire. This makes it suitable for use in commercial buildings, public spaces and other indoor installations where LSZH cabling is specified.
Optimised for use with 850nm VCSEL laser sources, this OM4 fibre patch lead supports common multimode Ethernet standards including 1Gb, 10Gb, 40Gb and 100Gb applications.
