Description
This 24AWG 2 pair screened data cable is a Belden 9842 equivalent, designed for reliable signal transmission in industrial and building control systems. It features a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) outer sheath with Euroclass Eca rating, making it suitable for installations where fire performance and reduced smoke emission are required.
Typically used for RS-485, Modbus, and other balanced data communication applications, this cable is well suited to BMS, HVAC controls, and general serial data networks in commercial and industrial environments.
The cable construction combines both foil and braid screening to minimise interference and maintain signal integrity over longer runs.
