This 8 core external alarm cable is designed for low voltage fire, security and control systems where the cable is installed outdoors or within ducting. It uses stranded tinned copper conductors for flexibility and corrosion resistance, with a UV resistant PE outer sheath for long-term external use.
Commonly used for external runs between buildings, access control systems, CCTV signalling, intercoms and intruder alarms. The screened construction, with aluminium foil and drain wire, helps reduce interference where cables are routed alongside power or other services.
Suitable for clipped direct installations or routing through ducts in commercial, residential and site environments.
