It benefits from an ergonomic design which allows for one-handed operation and easy inspection, cleaning and replacement of the blade, thanks to being able to open at 60 and 80 degrees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLike its predecessor, the CT60 features Active Blade Management Technology which wirelessly connects it to the splicer. When connected, the CT60 can change the position of the cleaving blade automatically and in response to the cleave quality of the optical fibres as seen and communicated by the fusion splicer. The result is consistently better cleaves and less chance of having to rework splices.
